Whether hiking, camping, exploring, or need it for work our expert instructors equip you with vital life-saving skills and knowledge, enhancing your confidence. About the HSI Remote Skills Verification (RSV) RSV is a convenient way to get full certification training in CPR, AED, and First Aid from a live, HSI Authorized Instructor. RSV is fully remote so you can take training anywhere, any time — wherever you have an internet connection. With RSV you’ll get blended training in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Take the online portion, schedule your live session, and a loaner manikin will be shipped to you. Please allow for 10 business days for shipping of training equipment. Ensure that this is a FedEx deliverable street address. This is a great time start the online component. During the virtual session, an HSI Authorized Instructor will give you real-time feedback and coaching. After you pass the skills assessment and return your loaner manikin, your certification card will be sent to your email address. Cancellation Policy
Naturalist Solutions Virtual & Hybrid Course Policy Naturalist Solutions provides professional wilderness medicine, CPR/AED, first aid, and other programs with nationally recognized certifications. To maintain course quality and integrity, the following policies apply to all virtual and hybrid programs. Attendance Full attendance is required for certification. Students must log in on time, remain present for the entire session, and keep cameras on during instruction and skills verification. Passive attendance does not qualify for credit. Failure to meet attendance standards results in course failure without refund. Technology Students are responsible for reliable internet, a computer or tablet with camera and microphone (phones not acceptable), and access to required materials. Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for refund, credit, or rescheduling. Pre-Course Requirements For hybrid programs, all required online modules must be completed prior to the live session. Students who do not complete pre-course work will not be admitted. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for incomplete requirements. Professional Conduct All sessions are professional training environments. Respectful behavior is required. Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund. Recording of sessions is prohibited unless authorized. Skills Verification Certification will not be issued until all required in-person skills evaluations are successfully completed and competency standards are met. Cancellation & No-Transfer Policy Registration is final. Transfers to another class are not permitted. No-shows without notice forfeit tuition. If Naturalist Solutions cancels a course, students will be offered a rescheduled date or refund at the organization’s discretion. Certification Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements. Processing times vary by certifying agency.
