Policy
Course Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review the following refund terms before enrolling:
Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the in-person skills course start date.

Employer-paid course fees and Arizona ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) funds may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Amount

Eligible refunds will be issued at 50% of the total course fee.

The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

In place of a refund, participants may choose to reschedule to another available skills session, coordinated via email with Naturalist Solutions.
Refund Process

To request a refund, email naturalistsolutions@gmail.com with your course and enrollment details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees

Any administrative or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

ESA funds are non-refundable.
After the Refund Period

No refunds will be issued within 7 calendar days prior to the in-person course start date.
By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Course Reschedule Policy
We aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible. Please review the rescheduling guidelines below:
Reschedule Requests

Reschedule requests may be submitted up to 7 calendar days before the in-person course start date, provided another in-person course is available.
Reschedule Fee

An $80 USD rescheduling fee may apply to requests made less than 7 calendar days before the course start date.
Availability
-
All rescheduling is subject to availability. While we will make every effort to offer alternative dates, availability cannot be guaranteed.
After the Reschedule Window

Reschedule requests made less than 1 calendar day before the course start date may not be accepted.

No reschedules will be allowed once the course has begun.
Limitations
-
Each participant is allowed one (1) reschedule per in-person course.

After one reschedule, no further changes will be permitted.
No-Shows
-
Failure to attend the course without prior notice or without an approved reschedule will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
