NATURALIST SOLUTIONS 

We understand that plans may change. If we have to cancel a course or activity every effort will be made to change location, reschedule, or offer a partial or full refund depending on the case.  Please review the following refund terms before enrolling:

• Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted before 7 calendar days of the in-person class/skills course or activity start date. Refund requests less than 7 calendar days on the course may not be refunded. 

  • Employer-paid course fees and Arizona ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) funds may not be eligible for refunds.

• Refund Amount

  • Eligible refunds will be issued at 50% of the total course fee.

  • The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

  • In place of a refund, participants may choose to reschedule to another available skills session, coordinated via email with Naturalist Solutions.

  • Partial and Full refunds may be available with certain courses and activities but are rare and evaluated on a case by case basis. 

• Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email naturalistsolutions@gmail.com with your course and enrollment details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

  • Use of 3rd party payment systems may take up to or more 30 business days to refund. 

• Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any administrative or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • ESA funds may be non-refundable depending on the case.

• After the Refund Period

  • No refunds will be issued within 7 calendar days prior to the in-person course start date. We are more than willing to reschedule at a later time depending on the course or activity. 

By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Course Reschedule Policy
We aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible. Please review the rescheduling guidelines below:

Reschedule Requests

• Reschedule requests may be submitted up to 7 calendar days before the in-person course start date, provided another in-person course is available.

• Reschedule Fee

  • An $80 USD rescheduling fee may apply to requests made less than 7 calendar days before the course start date.

• Availability

  • All rescheduling is subject to availability. While we will make every effort to offer alternative dates, availability cannot be guaranteed.

• After the Reschedule Window

  • Reschedule requests made less than 1 calendar day before the course start date generally are not accepted.

  • No reschedules will be allowed once the course has begun. 

  • Make up days are at the desecration of Naturalist Solutions. 

• Limitations

  • Each participant is allowed one (1) reschedule per in-person course.

  • After one reschedule, no further changes will be permitted unless prior approved.

• No-Shows

  • Failure to attend the course without prior notice or without an approved reschedule will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.

• Reschedule Process

  • To request a reschedule, contact as soon as possible.
